Excellent Execution is Everything!

Thank you for visiting our site. As an up-to-date business, we want to give you the opportunity to learn about what we're up to and hopefully stay in touch with us.

GJWA was formed in 1996 when Gary Wells left his last corporate role. The company was formed to help and advise businesses and business leaders.

Gary had a very successful career in the corporate world, where he worked for a number of FMCG  'blue chip' organisations including, Cadbury's, Courage Beer Company, Hasbro (largest toys & games company in the World) and Marston's Plc. He led an MBI team in 2004 to purchase Kangaroo Poo Limited a 'lifestyle' clothing businiess.

His extensive experience from various sales, marketing, operational and general management roles is now available to you.

Gary operates as either a Consultant or Interim Manager. The main differences are Consultants review, advise and allow the existing management to implement the proposals. Where as Interim Managers take 'line' responsibility within the business.

Gary is an experienced and energetic, strategically focused Managing Director with a very strong Sales & Marketing 'blue chip' background. He has UK & International sales experience of building businesses and brands with a track record of profitable, step-change results.

He's commercially astute and profit focused who influences and persuades with an inspirational 'can-do' leadership style. An excellent communicator with extensive cross - functional team leadership, persuasion and presentation skills.

It's been said 'he's a great people person who builds and develops high performance teams to achieve their targets'

GJWA focuses on 'adding significant value' to FMCG b2b & b2c companies or divisions with a turnover of £3m+.

Gary has recently undertaken a distance learning course with The Tom Peters Company and is now an Authorised provider of the Future Shape of the Winner Excellence Audit.

During 2014 Gary attended an Advanced Leadership Programme run by the Timoney Leadership Institute (www.timoneyleadership.org) based in Dublin. This intensive development programme was run over two days a month for five months and is based on the 'case study' method of learning.
